Casa Pericos is strategically perched above the 17th hole of the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, on the Papagayo Peninsula in the Guanacaste province, Costa Rica. This region of Costa Rica is renowned for its tropical dry forests, abundant sunshine, and beautiful beaches with clear, warm waters. Host to seven national parks, Guanacaste is a nature enthusiast’s dream. Peninsula Papagayo has also become an internationally known retreat, as evidenced by world-class resorts, the Marina, and exclusive private residences. Casa Perico's elevated position in an exclusive gated community allows for panoramic vistas of the golf course and of Papagayo Bay beyond. The true infinity edged pool is backed by an outdoor lounge with wet bar, an outdoor dining area, and barbecue under roof. These outdoor entertainment areas as well as the pool decking are perched overlooking the sweeping views. Indoors, clean, modern lines mark the interiors. The open plan living areas, including dining and living areas, boast two levels of glass windows and doors framing the dramatic scenery and sunset views. The upper level master bedroom and junior suite open to large view terraces.  Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, and additional two guests may be accomodated by utilizing the king sized sofa-bed in the den, with private bathroom. Beaches nearby include the Prieta Beach Club, family friendly Playa Virador, and Playa Blanca for the more adventurous. In addition to enjoying the sun, the sand, and the warm Pacific waters, guests may find a full range of opportunities for enjoying water sports. Yachting, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, and surfing are all minutes away from Casa Pericos.
